*Beauty is the realm of poetry;* Armanpreet Kaur and Rajvir Singh, students of Khalsa College International Public School enthusiastically participated in the Poetry Recitation Competition that was held on 4th of October,2024. It was organised by Sri Guru Ram Das Avtar Purab Committee.
Under the abled guidance of the head of the institution, Mrs. Nirmaljit kaur Gill and Tr. Rajbir Kaur Grewal, students begged 2nd position out of 21 schools and bring laurels to the school.
Students got an opportunity to exhibit their talent and confidence. The competition inspired the young poets to come forward and recite on stage. The students came up with different poems and recited them with great fondness and zeal for the culture. They enjoyed the perfection of expression, thoughts, emotions, rhythm and music of words.
The participants left no stone unturned to win. Students were judged on the parameters like confidence, voice modulation, memorization and overall presentation.
The young poets enthralled the audience with their articulation and memory skills while reciting poems. It was a splendid opportunity for them to gain confidence through stage exposure. Everyone was delighted after seeing their pleasing performances.
The judges appreciated and applauded the performances of the participants.

Class X & XII – Congratulations 100% Result in CBSE 2024

The head of the school Mrs. Nirmaljit Kaur Ji Gill said that 67 students of her school had given the tenth standard examination. In which 6 students have passed with more than 90% marks, 10 students with more than 80% marks, 51 students with more than 70% marks. At the school level, Mehakpreet Kaur secured 94% marks and bagged first position, Tanisha Mahajan secured second position with 93.2%, Naman Vohra, Harnoor Singh, Arpandeep Kaur and Inderpreet Kaur secured third position with 92%.

On this success, Principal Ma’am said that due to the hard work of teachers and students, the pride of the institution has increased. Madam Nirmaljit Kaur Ji Gill also thanked Honorary Secretary of Khalsa College Management Committee, S.Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina ji, she said that due to his support, the school has labs and laboratories equipped with modern equipment, by using which students gain expertise in various subjects. Ma’am informed that their main objective is to provide value based education to the students and make them peers of the times.
